O blog surgiu da proposta dos nossos professores de Introdução à Cência da Computação da Universidade Federal do Oeste do Pará (UFOPA), sobre criar um museu on-line da história da computação. Assim as turmas do Instituto de Engenharia e Geociências se dividiram em equipes, para cada uma criar uma página, que reunísse informações, históricos e principalmente, que compartilhasse links interessantes sobre os assuntos escolhidos. Escolhemos a quinta geração dos computadores (a que atualmente vivemos), e aqui neste blog, pretendemos reunir as mais interessantes notícias sobre as novas tecnologias que a cada dia preenchem nossas vidas.
The blog came out of a proposal from our teachers of the discipline Introduction to Computer Cience of the Federal University of Western Pará (UFOPA), about creating an online museum of history of computing. Thus the classes of the Institute of Engineering and Geosciences divided into teams, each one creating a page, which gathers information, historical and above all, that share interesting links on the subjects chosen. We chose the fifth generation of computers (currently live), and here in this blog, we aim to gather the most interesting news about the new technologies that fill our every day lives.
